Mun Kid has been in the estate planning industry for at least 10 years and has extensive experience in setting up trusts for families in Malaysia and Singapore.
Mun Kid graduated with a law degree from the University of London. He has a Certificate in Trust Services (CTS) with Wealth Management Institute Pte Ltd (WMI). He is the head of department for trust in Precepts Trustee Ltd and has been appointed as a resident manager under criteria set out by MAS for a licensed trust company. He manages the setting up and administration of trust in Precepts Trustee Ltd and assist clients in their estate and trust planning.

Ms. Jaclyn Choon is well recognised professionally with more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and fiduciary service industry. She has a wealth of knowledge and familiarity across many jurisdictions and has helped clients from multi-industries such as in trading, consulting, retail and investments and holding companies.
Over the years, she has serviced thousands of satisfied clients from all over the world, providing both incorporation and administration services relating to companies incorporated in Singapore, Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands and many other offshore companies.

Lee Chiwi is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of PreceptsGroup, having stepped down as CEO in December 2025. He continues to provide strategic oversight and guidance for the Group’s long-term direction.
He has more than 30 years of experience, including 16 years in legal practice focusing on corporate, funds and private client work. He previously served as CEO of British and Malayan Trustees Limited and Rockwills Singapore, and later led the management buyout that formed PreceptsGroup.
He is a TEP member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), former Chairman of the STEP Singapore Branch, and a Chartered Trustee (ChT). He is also an author, speaker, and lecturer in wealth management.
